Trying to configure my Linksys Wireless-G Broadband Router and I can not pass the first stage please help?
During the installation when you have check the connection it stops quickly and says Linksys EasyLink Advisor Setup Wizard requires a wired network adapter to continue. Error 312: No Wired Adapter detected. It also says that if your computer has a wired network adapter (ie ethernet, port), then follow these steps: 1.) Enable the network adapter cable. How I can get past this, my computer has an ethernet port.
I leave the instructions for use the software to configure the router and use the instructions for manually configuring your router in place. Be included in the user manual more locators later. Apparently the Linksys software does not recognize the setting, Windows uses 64 bits, or the software simply pathetic. Follow the instructions for manual configuration place.
