Quadrature Amplitude Modulation (Qam) Analysis Meter For Dvb Systems
Toronto, Canada – GAO Instruments has released a practical QAM analysis meter operating over a wide frequency range of 5MHz to 870MHz with a resolution of 10kHz. It is intended for the installation and maintenance of Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB) systems. The quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) analyzer measures and displays parameters such as channel power, MER and BER, the signal level of DVB networks at a specific frequency or any carrier within the system range. This QAM analysis meter, model A0500005, complies with DVB-C and ITU J.83, Annex A standards. It features C/N measurement, return path tests, voltmeter functionality, spectrum analysis, data logging, analog TV measurement and DVB power measurements including QAM, QPSK and COFDM. The portable analyzer efficiently and accurately tests analog, QAM and FM channels and also functions as a voltmeter. It boasts intelligent power management, fast setup, alphanumeric input and easy transfer of test data to a PC or printer. This technologically advanced QAM supports up to 150 channels scan.
