All About MT-RJ
This combination of two small form factor connector that has the familiar RJ45 latching instrument guarantees the MTRJ connector as a perfect option for horizontal wiring requirements to the desktop. The MT-RJ connector automatically aligns and couples the core of the fibers permitting light to pass. The connector was produced and designed by AMP, and was later standardized as Fiber Optic Connector Intermit-ability Standards or FOCIS 12 in EIA / TIA – 604 – 12.
The MTRJ is one of the recently rising small factor form connectors which are usually utilized for networking applications.
