Whats a good program to build a PCB with SMD components?
I'm looking for a free or cheap program to lay out a circuit with smd components. need the board to be round and about 2" in diameter with misc components. I need the components to be be mounted at angles off from the horizontal or vertical axis which my my program cannot do. Also need it to be double sided. Any help would be great.
