my feet over-pronate and i have blounts disease. should i get surgery to make my legs straight i am 22 yrs old?

Blounts disease is a growth disorder of the tibia (shin bone) that causes the lower leg to angle inward its similar but different from bowed leg
Bowed leg involves both femur and the tibia

They dont bother me too much but i am concerned about down the line about arthritis or back pain which i have a little right now I had knee pain years ago

As you appear to be well informed and also to have well researched this subject, there is not much to discuss. You must be aware that severe untreated tibia vara can have increased morbidity in the form of early onset of osteoarthritis in the third decade of life. Bowlegs suggests that the knee is further out than the foot. But overpronation suggests Iliotibial band syndrome which is caused by anything that causes the leg to bend inward, stretching the IT band against the femur and indicates that the knee is further in than the foot. You will obviously be prone to complications, caused by the extra stress placed upon your skeleton by your condition, in later life. The sooner that you discuss this with your doctor / orthopaedic surgeon to arrive at a programme of action, then the earlier you will be to prevent these difficulties occurring.
