2002 Toyota Echo Blue Warning Light In Gauge Cluster?

I recently purchased a used 2002 Toyota Echo (50,000 miles). When starting the vehicle intitally, a blue light comes on and stays on for a couple of minutes, then turns off. It looks the same as the temperature warning light. I do not have the manual for the vehicle, so I have no clue what the light's purpose is. Is it to let you know when the vehicle has warmed up? I really have no clue, any help would be appreciated.

It comes on to tell you that the engine hasn't fully warmed up yet.
It isn't anything to be concerned about.
