Feeling worthlless? How to get out of this rut?
Ok, my hubby works away, he is gone a month or so at a time ... I don't work, I have no friends and family, well just a few members on my side of the world & I have no children.
I am feeling insecure, I am finding my self comparing my self to hes ex's (all 4) I am really different compared to them, that ain't really the issue, its me ... I know my hubby loves me and I love him, just why do I feel so bad about my self? How can nib this in the bud before it gets out of control, I have made him aware of how I feel, I haven't gone on to much, don't wanna push him away ... Any advise will be good.
Hard to make friends, work ... Cause my hubby works away, when he is home I wanna be home with him, like to have all my time with him when he is home, he does too !
I'd say your basic problem is just too much time to think. Find something your passionate about (for example, for me it's photography) and start a hobby. If you don't have any hobbies, you might try classes at a local community college, like art, pottery, dance, creative writing, etc, and see if you can find something that catches your attention. Once you're doing something that you're proud of, your confidence will shoot up too
