Have I been healthy so far?
I am 14 and weigh about 9 stone 2 lbs.
And I am 5"2.
I want to lose weight, because I am a tiny bit flabby on my stomach and thighs.
And also I would like to tone up.
So I am couting my calories now.
Today, so far I have had :
Breakfast: Bowl of cheerios with skimmed milk. - about 150 calories
Green tea - 2 calories.
Snack - Small satsuma - about 35 calories?
Lunch - A bowl of Heinz cream of tomato soup : about 113 calories?
With wholemeal white toasted bread : 107 calories.
I will have a snack later, and for dinner I am having salad, with like baby sausages and keesh <-- I don't know how to spell it lol.
I am starting to go swimming every thursday after school.
And I might start go jogging with my sister because we are doing the race for life hopefully.
What excercises can I do to tone up/lose weight, at home?

okayy exercises.. you can simply go outside and ride your bike that will tone your thighs but you cant just go around your driveway go up hills or a few times around the block. every night before bed and as soon as you wake up do crunches 100 and then gradually work up to 200 or so. that will tone your stoumache and you are eating really really good keep it up
