Should I buy this microcontroller programmer ?? I am a beginner...?
Hello...
I am totally new to microcontrollers... but i am really interested. So I decided to build this flashing LED circuit. I am almost done building the circuit and I have a code ready to download to my microcontroller but I have never done this before...So if I buy this programmer am I gonna be able to download my code from my laptop to my microcontroller? (I am also using a 27C512 EPROM in my circuit if that makes any difference) I am looking for a cheap programmer that lets me downlaod my code without needing to buy extra stuff...i know that i need to build a simple circuit to use the programmer and that's fine....

It looks like the programmer you mention specifically programs the onboard flash memory of a PIC micro, not a 27C512.
If you are using a PIC with onboard memory, you probably dont need to use the 27C512 anyways.
EDIT: Can you describe your circuit, or post a link to it?
What exact micro are you using?
