what will happen with Medical Non-Deployable Profile?
I just received an email that says my P3 profile is validated. I'm a little confused. Does this mean i'm possible to go to a MEB(medical evaluation board) to see if i'm fit to stay in the armed forces?
Any perminant P3 profile will have to go before a MEB. Typically any perminant non-deployable profile means that you will be given an Honorable discharge for reasons of medical disabillity. The only exceptions are combat injuries where the Army will typically 'look the other way' if you want to stay in and are able to do your job.
