possession of marijuana with intent to sell?
i got searched and they found 42 grams, a digital scale, a glass pipe and brass knuckles. should i be looking at jail time? this is my first offense and to look good to the court, i joined a drug program and now get drug tested at my own will. i also go to college full time and have a job and have a lawyer.
you will likely get time you have a felony pot charge, felony paraphernalia charges and the brass knuckles is serious. having about 1/8 pound of pot and that paraphernalia is gonna get you but the brass is icing on the nice cake you baked.
