Quality Scrapbook Supplies -- Free!
Because there are so many Internet-savvy scrapbooking paper and embellishment designers today, the Internet is full of free vintage scrapbook papers and embellishments. As long as you know how to do a Web search and download files, you can find all the designs you need to create professional-looking scrapbooks. That's why famous artist Mary Englebreit recently remarked that the Web is so overflowing with terrific free digital scrapbooking materials, it can provide almost any type of images you might need. And she should know about good images; products featuring her graphics sell like mad!

Antique
There seems to be an rise in the number of people looking for vintage scrapbook materials. Maybe that's because vintage art is so timeless and doesn't date the final product to any particular modern era. Greeting cards from times long gone make wonderful vintage scrapbook embellishments, as do clipart images from years gone by. And if you're fortunate enough to find vintage designs on digital scrapbooking papers, you'll experience digital meeting traditional in a beautiful and useful way. Antique graphics also cover a wide variety of subjects, including images as diverse as vintage flowers, magician posters, Victorian fashion illustrations, vintage nautical images and free vintage travel posters. So whatever subject you're trying to cover in your scrapbook, you can probably find antique art to match.
Holiday
Holidays just naturally invite the creation of scrapbooks, since those are the times we gather with friends and family to create special memories. And it's not just the "showier" holidays, such as Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day and Halloween that inspire scrapbooks; it's the minor holidays too. There are all kinds of patriotic scrapbooking papers and embellishments online for holidays such as Memorial Day, Veterans Day, Fourth of July and Flag Day. There are also many images out there for Mother's Day, Father's Day, Earth Day and any other holiday you can think of; even the off-beat and downright bizarre ones.
Butterflies and Flowers
I've definitely noticed that people who scrapbook love flowers, and why not? They're appropriate for almost any occasion. Butterflies attract a large audience too, because they represent summertime, freedom, happiness and other cheerful things. Flowers and butterflies are also diverse, because you can find them in both illustration and photographic form, and in modern and vintage forms. There are even butterfly scrapbook embellishments that span both vintage and modern in the same collections.
Wedding Images
Scrapbooks and weddings are a natural combination, because couples usually have at least one photo wedding album. But a wedding scrapbook can preserve your memories in an even more creative way. There is a surprisingly good selection of wedding scrapbook images on the Internet that will allow you to create a lasting memento for little or no cost. And if for some reason you don't find any specifically for weddings that appeal to you, flower scrapbook images will often do just as well.
Babies
As is the case with wedding ceremonies, the birth and growth years of a little one often generate a lot of pictures. And, of course, people who scrapbook love to use those photos to create family keepsakes. Fortunately, this can be done for next to nothing using just scrapbooking graphics from the Web. If you haven't looked at baby images for a while, though, you might find the color schemes a little surprising these days. Chocolate brown, burnt orange and red are popular, as are various shades of green. Blue and pink are still popular, of course, but these days there are many bold color choices too.
