What is the meaning if you dream of a bright flash of light ? It was so bright it woke me up?
I fell asleep on the sofa only to wake up after feeling like someone turned on a bright light, shined a super strong flashlight or took my picture with a bright white flash right on top of me. I immediately woke up and the only thing I saw was my cat.....no camera, no one outside, my house is far enough from the street that it couldn't have been a car; no lightning.....no electronics were running that would have caused a bright flash. Just weird--The only thing I can think of is that I dreamt it..................So what does it mean?
You're not getting enough sleep.
The flash you saw was your brain firing off in an attempt to defrag, to use a computer term, but your brain can't defrag if you don't dream and you will not dream unless you get into a deeper form of sleep,.
Do yourself a favor and get some real sleep. You don't want what comes next, like hallucinations and paranoia.
