help apple ipod touch help needed asap!!?
i REALLLY need some help guys i left for vacation about 2 weeks ago and before that i put a passcode lock on my ipod touch because my lil nephew deleted some songs on it before so anyways when i came back i tried turning it on but it was showing the plug connector with arrow pointing to the itunes logo. so i hook it up to the computer and itunes opens up and it tells me that it cant open up my ipod because there's a passcode on it that needs to be unlocked first. so my question is. what can i do to unlock the passcode? i know what the code is but without the ipod connected to the computer its telling me to connect it therefore i cant get to the passcode.... any help would be appreciated and btw my ipod touch is jailbroken if it matters
i really cant put in the passcode because it shows the logo and when its hooked up it tells me to put the code. so im stuck
yea, u should call 1800-my-apple or go to the support part on www.apple.com it has something like that in the support section, i would try to restart it by pressing the home button and the sleep button together until it says turn off ipod!!
