Can a wrong air filter lead to Mass Air Flow being gunked up?
A mechanic installed the wrong air filter and it was all mangled, can this lead to the mass air flow problem? This is what was found.
Well!!!!!!!!!
It depends on type of filter used....
If it is absolute filter, then use of a wrong filter will cause gunk only if the filter mesh is of higher size.
If it is nominal filter, both may cause gunk!!
