Device Measuring milli ohm Wire resistance?
I am on a thesis for the metallic alloyed wire ,I want to measure the resistance to Milli ohm.
Its mean merely lowest resistance on the metal wire.
I need a device which can measure the resistance of wire in lowest point value.
I found the milliohm meter which are from the TES Electrical Electronic Corp.
It uses Kelvin clip and its for resistance for resistor ,I think.
but a bit expensive is there any device,with comfortable price and accurate result ?
I want a simple test device like multimeter with two probes , measure for the wire continuity and resistance for the milli ohm test .

Whenever you need to measure low resistance resistors (10 ohms or less) or conductors, you need to use a four point system. The Kelvin Clip, that you mentioned in your question does that assuming it is hooked up properly to the ohm meter.
If you only used two wires to measure the resistance, you would be measuring the resistance of the leads, clips and your sample wire all together.... and that would make your result much higher than the resistance of just your sample wire.
So, a four wire system must be used. Two wires send the current through the the sample and two wires sense the difference. They were called "force" and "sense" wires when I taught on this years ago.

Don't forget to consider Temperature Coefficient of Resistance, when you report your results. I assume you already know this, but as the temperature of the wire changes, so will the resistance. So, for a mili ohm resistance this could be a major factor. You might want to plot the TCR curve for the expected working environment of this wire.
Your Physics department should be able to hook you up with the proper equipment to measure at room temperature. For a TCR chamber, you might have to contact an electronics testing lab.
