im really shy ive been shy sinces i notice at age 15 have a hard time making conversations with people & hold of it not only with females but guys as well and now im 19 years old and still like this and i consider my self a nice looking guy but my face is breakin out with pimples & feel really sexualy frustrated i go to a dermatologist and been using the medication for like 4 years & nothing getting better or worse (benzoyl peroxide retin a micro & pills ) what should is the best choice for me ..... turn into a pot head , get an escort to F**** me an prob snap out of it , or continue going to my phycatris and continue trying to stay strong ....?

if you sleep with someone outside of marriage, you will either get AIDS, genital herpes, warts, or any other number of STDs, even with protection. your body is not everything you are. you are much more than that. don't go around thinking you're just a physical body part that needs to be satisfied.
for me, i used benzoly peroxide for 6 months and it got better, but only after using it for 6 months. i had to do it twice a day after washing my face and then putting it on and then using lotion. i did it twice a day for 6 months, and it finally got better.
being shy is hard bec you feel quite alone and isolated at times when everyone else seems like they're having fun. but remember that what seems like fun may not be all that much fun. maybe you're shy but it could be your protection from the world.
learn to love and give out love first, and then you will feel like you're contributing. don't give in to peer pressure, etc. and stay strong.
stop seeing your psychiatrist. they don't always help. they just make you think too much about your problems and yourself, to the point where you go crazy. think about other people for a change.
