How is this multimeter being hooked up in these two pictures (Figures 5 and 6)?
If you look at these pictures, you can see he is using some leads that have TWO wires coming out of them, so that he can go to the sensor, plug, and multimeter all at the same time.
It looks like there are a number of wires hooked up... going every which way. And, they don't particularly look like the terminals coming off the multimeter. How is he testing for voltage fluctuation as air is blown across the air flow sensor?
"Fig. Fig. 5: Connect a DVOM to the MAF sensor and check the air flow's corresponding voltage reading (0.144 volts in this case) ..."
AND
Fig. Fig. 6: ... then use a hair dryer to blow air into the sensor and note the fluctuation in the reading

I cannot see in these pics where the leads of the DMM are going to or connected to..
