The performance of Nokia 6300

6300 Nokia is a mid-range model that represents an evolution of the modern monoblock design. Weighing a mere 91 grams and measuring less than 13.1mm thin, the Nokia 6300 is constructed of quality materials and offers a modern suite of features for today's consumer such as a great screen, ergonomic keymat and easy-to-use menu.
The clean lines and recessed buttons of the Nokia 6300 are highlighted by a stainless steel frame that adds both design interest and strength. In addition to its organic curves and appealing design, the Nokia 6300 offers a robust range of easy-to-use features, including a 2 megapixel camera with zoom, expandable memory, built-in MP3 player and FM radio. Everything is displayed on a crisp, detailed screen, which brings applications like an Opera Mini Browser or games like Sudoku and Snakes III to life

Battery life on the Nokia 6300 was very good -- considering the phone is so slim -- with the phone lasting five days on one charge, with occasional use.

Call quality was also good, if not quite up to Nokia's own high standards, with a very slight muffling of the user's voice. And if you do feel the need to listen to music, the supplied earphones are quite good, but if you have a 2.5mm headset adaptor you could potentially use your own headphones.

There seems to be two camps of people: those who prefer Nokia's menu system, and those who like Sony Ericsson's. The 6300 should appeal to both sides. Most menu options are within one or two clicks, and there aren't too many vertical menus to scroll through. Most of the regularly used functions can be accessed by pressing a certain direction on the four-way rocker -- pressing up, for example, opens the camera application.

It's actually a good camera too. Our test shots of the Sydney streetscape came out clearly, if a little "digital". Portraits come out perfectly, while night-time shots aren't as successful -- they are very grainy due to the lack of a flash. Still, the camera's better than a lot of other onboard models.

One of the only minor problems with this phone is its tendency to mark. The piano black section on the rear will scratch itself sooner than look at you, while the stainless steel backing doesn't survive drops all that well -- it will either come off completely and go skittering across the room, or cause a small nick in the steel.

Nokia Aeon combines two touch-sensitive panels mounted on a fuel-cell power pack. Each of the panels are capable of being used independently. The touch screen displays all buttons that are virtual, so in one situation one panel could operate as the display, the other as the keypad. Nokia also establishes a new wireless standard with wibree, basically an upgraded bluetooth which would allow the user to connect to various wireless devices.

Aeon to be a thin-client, farming out processing and storage.The complete phone is virtual and the panels can be used for voice calls/ sending messages and enjoying the musical experiance from any panels. It can also merge itself into other local products using the inbuilt sensors with the complete design similar to synaptics onyx and BenQ-Siemens's Black box, replaces the complete tradional keypad.

Some people think original Nokia are too dear.They will choose Replica Nokia with low quality and good quality.
