How do I know this about stepper motor?
How do I know how much weight it can lift from ground from these parameters of the stepper motor:
-holding torque = 0.04Nm
-resistance/phase = 75ohms
-operating voltage = 12V
-Nominal current: 0.16A

There is no way to determine the power of a stepper with these values because steppers are built in a variety of way, some stronger, some more accurate, some faster, and so on.
The only way to determine the power of a stepper motor at a given RPM is with the manufacturer´s torque/speed "derating" curves or charts.
But if you don´t mind approximations you can use the following rule of thumb, based on experience, for steppers:
" Dynamic torque is approximately equal to the holding torque multiplied by 0.65 "
So, for your stepper:
Dynamic torque = 0.65 * 0.04Nm = 0.026Nm = 265 g-cm
This means that if your motor has a pulley with a radius of 1 cm and this pulley has a string, so the motor can lift a weight of 265 g (maximum) hanging on the string.
