Which is the best online school for business? I so far have contacted both Argosy and University of Phoenix?
and both seem good. I would like to go for a master of management degree. I would appreciate some feedback about both universities and possibly other ones. Thanks!
There are no good on-line schools for business.
These schools are For Profit Corporations that will accept anyone. They cost a lot more than reputable public universities. Since they have no standards, employers do not trust the quality of their graduates.
U of P is particularly bad. They were recently fined a record $9.8MM for sleazy recruiting practices. I've read that they are being investigated for padding their placement numbers.
Companies like Intel refuse to pay for their employees to take classes there -- giving their lack of rigor as a reason.
In my opinion, you would be better off getting a tattoo on your forehead that says "I have a bad education." It would have the same effect -- and would cost a lot less.
As for graduate programs in business -- the top programs will open a lot of doors for you and get you multiple six figure salaries. Ranked schools not at the top will help you get a new job at a great salary. Schools that are not ranked may help you in your current position -- but will do little more for you than a BS in Business. On-line schools will actually hurt your chances of getting a good job.
