RGB (PC/DTV) IN .. compatible with VGA?
Hey I'm trying to hook up my macbook pro (via mini display to vga adapter) to my hdtv. Will using a VGA input from the adapter into the RGB (pc/dtv) in port on the tv work? The tv is a LG 19LS4R.
P.S. The port is 15 pin if that helps anything.

Yeah I already purchased a Mini-display to HDMI but unfortunately the HDMI input on my tv for some reason is unresponsive as I keep getting a No signal sign on the tv ( tried it with an Xbox 360 and the adapter.. so it's defiantly the Tv's fault )
Yes, that is an analog VGA input on your LG flat panel television and it should work... Though you really should be using a miniDisplayPort-to-HDMI adapter and an HDMI cable for best results. The Macs work best with HDTVs over a digital connection like DVI or HDMI.
