Where can I find a 500k ohm audio taper linear pot?
I am working on a research project and need to replace this kind of potentiometer in an instrument. I know they are used a lot in guitar amplifiers and was just wondering if anyone knew of a good place to get a hold of one, I am having a hard time.
I'd try digi-key first. The ref. page is for slide pots; I assume that's what you mean by linear (since it isn't linear taper). That page also refers to Bourns, CTS and Panasonic; there may be more info there.
