Yes, its a good reading.
M stands for Mega, meaning 1,000,000. (Kilo - 1,000, Mega - 1,000,000, Giga - 1,000,000,000)
Just a thought - why are you needing to ask if you are doing the testing? Or have you beengiventhe results by someone and are checking what they say. If someone else is testing the system then they should be competant persons and able to issue you with an installation certificate (normally the tester should belong to the NICEIC, and use their certificates)
