Is it considered prostitution and therefore illegal for a cute guy to service an older man?
If the man provides him a nice weekly allowance that is paid usually whenever they meet for the first time after any given Sunday. Our parents don't know what's happening. He opened a savings account with me as a co signer so that he can save his money for college and a car.
A person is usually seen to be engaged in prostitution if they are paid for sexual services. Boyfriends and girlfriend often give each other money and gifts and also have sex but they are not considered to be prostitutes because the money and gifts were not given for sex. So it may depend on the arrangement or agreement they have.
