1)guys does this FM circuit work? 2)what type of capacitors should i use in this circuit! I've no idea if it will work, but it doesn't look obviously stupid.
It's probably illegal to use it as a transmitter because there is no proper control of the operating frequency, but if you get taken to court for messing up your neighbor's TV viewing or jamming your local emergency services' radio, that's your problem not mine.
C1 C8 are audio frequency decoupling capacitors, the values are not very critical. Since it's not obvious which way they round are polarized without analyzing the circuit) which I can't be bothered to do, use polyester (which is also the cheapest option).
C2 and C3 are smoothing caps for the power supply. C2 is normally ceramic, C3 electrolytic. The value of C3 is not very critical. C2 is there to improve the high frequency smoothing, electrolytics are not very good at high frequencies.
C4 electrolytic. Again not very critical. Making it smaller may reduce the bass response, but this isn't exactly a hi-fi audio circuit anyway.
C5 C6 are the critical components for the high frequency part of the transmitter. Use low tolerance high stability caps like silver mica. (expensive) or polystyrene.
C7 is variable, presumably it is a small air or mica dielectric tuning cap to set the transmitter frequency.
