ethernet cable to SMA cable?
Do they make a cable with one cable as an SMA end and the other end as an ethernet

No... after searching I could find no such cable.
I figured as much going in, as well. An SMA cable is a simple two-wire coaxial cable most commonly used to extend a wireless antenna. Ethernet is an 8-wire twisted-pair cable.
Since you're asking... and perhaps it would help me assist you... what would you even need a cable like this for, anyway? SMA and ethernet share absolutely NO signal similarities... so why would you want to convert from SMA to ethernet? What is your intended use?

After further searching, I did find this gizmo:

"The SMA2RJ45EVK is an SMA connector to RJ45 connector adapter board developed to complement National Semiconductor's evaluation boards for which evaluation with CAT5/CAT5e cable assemblies may be desirable (e.g. DriveCable02EVK, LVDS-18B-EVK, DS25BR100EVK, etc.)."
This looks like its sole intention is to be used as some kind of testing board... it doesn't look like it has any use as a kind of signal translation device or data conversion device. I suppose you could call the vendor and find out if it will do what you are looking to do...
