Presetable Stepper Motor Controller?
I need a stepper motor controller which is input by 3digit bcd switch, a push button to start, when i push the button the motor takes that steps which i set on the bcd switch. also used microcontroller . if any one can help me how to arrange these with microcontroler like AT89C51 and how to write the software for it?
My dear,At first you should decide how you are going to operate the stepper motor.single suppply to single coil or to two coil.
If give supply to single coil-kindly follow the procedure.
1.Take driver I.C.(i forget i.c. no.plz search in net)
2.Write a delay program
3.you should high and low the 4 port pin.
4.insert the delay betwen each operation
5.make a loop for step 3&4
6.this four output should given as driver i.c. input
