Which is most effective for faster weight loss: Skipping or Stepping?
If you're a bit confused with what I mean about skipping and stepping, read below:
Skipping: with a skipping/jump rope.
Stepping: with a stepper thing, the non-machine type. It's the one where you have to manually step on, no electricity etc.

A combination of both is actually the best, for two reasons: skipping is very effective in INSTANTLY speeding your metabolism up, so any food you eat after that will be burnt.
But, stepping builds muscle better, which will give you a faster metabolism in the long run, so after a month of using a stepper machine, you won't need to exercise before a meal to burn of the calories.
I recommend skipping about 50 skips, then doing 50 steps. Do that about 4 times a day and your metabolism will seriously be speeding and burning like mad!
