How can I get a Mac to write to a, NTFS volume?
I bought a USB enclosure for a hard drive, so I could use an old disk volume as an external storage device. The hard drive was freshly reformatted using an NTFS file system. When I plug the drive into my Mac (OSX version 10.4.11), it reads the device flawlessly, but it has no writing permission. I want to know how I can give mac permission to write to the hard drive WITHOUT downloading any crap that will mess up my mac.
i dont think so i think NTFS is a pc file format
