how to fix the two led controller?
I have 2 LED strips, controllers and remote control on the same house. The problem : all the command send by the remotes are received by both LED strip controller and therefore, I can't control LED strip controller separately. If I change color, speed, turno off,... it's reflected on both LED strip...which is what I don't want. Any way to fix this, such as selecting channels (on the remote and controller) ? Thanks
You need to change one of the remotes.Judge from your status, you need 1 remote to 1 controller.
Generally when the controller and remotes come out of factory, the factory make them as one remote to all controllers. Say, all the remotes have the same code, can remote all controllers.
If one is going to use two or more sets of strips, and controllers&remote in a small space, which requires 1 remote to 1 controller format, it's better to tell the factory in advance. They can make it.
