HIFONICS BRUTUS BXi1608D is it true 1600 rms our at least close?
ok i was wanting to but this amp new for only 160$ online it has 2 70amp fuses so i whould think its good but wasnt sure if anyone could hit me up on some info about this amp our other hifonics amps i whould really appreciate it. ~~~~ BTW PLEASE READ!!!= i will be powering 4 Kicker cvrs 12" at 400 rms a piece so total of 1600 rms on the woofers thanks 
the bxi1608d is rated for 1600 watts rms with a 16 volt battery.with a regular 12 volt car battery (14 volts with the car running ) it makes in 1300 to 1400 watt range.
