Would the USB have a built in sound card?
I was looking at the Creative Sound Blaster Tactic 3D Sigma gaming headset, and the way they, and other sites talk about the analog to usb converter, it makes it sound like it functions as a USB sound card. Does it, or am I being stupid? I know there are such things as USB sound cards.
(and if it does, is it better than mine? Mines integrated so I would think so. Its a "Integrated Realtek ALC888 Audio" (stock in a Compaq Presario SR5710Y)
If it connects through USB, it has a "built-in soundcard", so to speak. It appears as a different audio device than your built-in one.
