How do I wire two 12V lamps to a voltage transformer?
I'm an absolute beginner with electrics and I need to connect two 12V lamps to a voltage transformer. There is also a switch between the lamps and the transformer. In the transformer, there are 2 slots for input (220V) and 2 slots for the output (12V) so does it matter where I connect the live and the neutral? This is not indicated on the slots. Also, there is no slot for the ground wire, which confuses me even more. So how should I wire all of this? Thanks!
Since you have already the 2 slots 12 volts output from 220V transformer then doesnt matter where you connect the neutral wire and that lamp should work if not then just simply reverse the connection from neutral to live since thats only 12volts and wont cause a damage from the lamp.
